WAUKESHA, WI (February 27, 2006) – Prodesse, Inc. announced today that it has signed a licensing agreement with Biosearch Technologies, Inc. of Novato, California. The company has been granted a world-wide, limited right and license to use Biosearch’s proprietary quenchers and fluorophores in DNA probes for commercial applications. The technology gives Prodesse access to high quality dyes which will help allow the company to further expand development of its unique reagents that enable labs to develop multiplex real time detection assays.
