MUMBAI (Reuters) - Indian drug maker Piramal Healthcare Ltd (Bombay:PIRA.BO - News) said reports about a potential sale of the company to GlaxoSmithKline Plc (LSE:GSK.L - News) or Sanofi Aventis SA (Paris:SASY.PA - News) were 'unfounded.'
