TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 30, 2008) - PharmEng International Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PII) today announced that the filing of its first quarter 2008 financial statements will be delayed. PharmEng and its auditors, Deloitte & Touche LLP, have been focussing the majority of their time and resources on the completion and filing of PharmEng’s 2007 financial statements and this has resulted in the delay in filing the first quarter 2008 financial statements. Once the 2007 financial statements have been filed, PharmEng will be able to shift its focus to finalizing its first quarter 2008 financial statements and expects to file them by June 6, 2008.
