NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) today declared a 22-cent first-quarter 2012 dividend on the company’s common stock, payable March 6, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 3, 2012. Pfizer increased the dividend by 10 percent, to 22 cents from 20 cents per share.
