PAVmed Inc. Completes Initial Public Offering

- Units to Begin Trading Today on Nasdaq Under the Ticker Symbol “PAVMU”-

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PAVmed Inc. announced today that it has completed its initial public offering of 1,060,000 units. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one warrant. The units were sold at an offering price of $5.00 per unit, generating gross proceeds of $5.3 million. The units will begin trading today on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “PAVMU”. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the common stock and warrants will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols “PAVM” and “PAVMW”, respectively.
