Dr. Karin and Raimund Schütze, founders of P.A.L.M. Microlaser Technologies GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Carl Zeiss MicroImaging GmbH, were honored with the 1st prize of 2006 Berthold Leibinger Prize for the development of new laser technology for biomedical research. Over 250 invited guests from politics, science and economy participated in the award ceremony in Ditzingen, Baden-Württemberg.
