MATAWAN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PacificHealth Laboratories, Inc. (OTCBB: PHLI), a nutrition technology company, today announced the resignation of two of its six directors effective June 30, 2010. The two directors, Adam Mizel and David Portman, have served the Company well but both are involved in activities that are occupying the bulk of their time and felt the decision-making aspects of the board at PHLI could be streamlined by reducing the members of the Board by a third.
