All of the shares are being sold by the Company. Up to an additional 525,000 shares have been made available to the underwriters to cover over-allotments, if any. Osiris’ common stock is expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on Friday August 4, 2006 under the symbol “OSIR.”
