BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Orthofix International N.V. (NASDAQ:OFIX) (the Company) today responded to public comments made yesterday by NuVasive, Inc. during their first quarter earnings call stating that a dispute has been initiated against the Company. The comments indicated that the dispute apparently concerns the defense of patents acquired by NuVasive.
