Net loss for the three months ended September 30, 2010 was $237,000, or $0.04 per share, as compared to a net loss of $594,000 or $0.11 per share for the three months ended September 30, 2009. There was no revenue for the three month periods ended September 30, 2010 or 2009, respectively. Net loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2010 was $2,307,000 or $0.42 per share, as compared to a net loss of $6,287,000 or $1.15 per share for the nine months ended September 30, 2009. There was no revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2010 and $25,000 in revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2009.
