Doug Michels, President and CEO of OraSure Technologies, Inc. (OSUR), will preside over the opening bell. He will be joined by Frank Oldham Jr., Executive Director of the National Association of People with AIDS (NAPWA); Dr. Monica Sweeney, Assistant Commissioner, Bureau of HIV/AIDS Prevention & Control, New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; and Pennsylvania State Senator Vincent Hughes.
