will preside over the opening bell. He will be joined by Frank

with AIDS (NAPWA); Dr. Monica Sweeney, Assistant Commissioner, Bureau
of HIV/AIDS Prevention & Control, New York City Department of Health
and Mental Hygiene; and Pennsylvania State Senator Vincent Hughes.
