Liege (Belgium) - August 18, 2009, 18:00 CET - OncoMethylome Sciences SA (Euronext Brussels: ONCOB, Euronext Amsterdam: ONCOA) announces today that it has received the following shareholder notifications covering changes to the Transparency Declaration of the Company:
- ING Investment Management Luxembourg S.A. holds more than 5% of the shares of the company
- ING Fund Management B.V. holds more than 3% of the shares of the company
The OncoMethylome shares held by the above entities together with those held by the ING Securities Investment & Trust Company had previously been reported jointly as ING Investment Management shareholdings. They will now be reported separately pursuant to the required legal shareholding thresholds. The shareholding by ING Belgium SA remains unchanged and is reported separately.
