Lipps, Omnicell chairman, president and chief executive officer.

Luhr has served as Omnicell’s vice president of corporate and clinical sales since 2003. From 2000 to 2003, she was director of national accounts, a role in which she was responsible for the company’s national group purchasing organization relationships. Luhr joined Omnicell in 1999, first serving as vice president of marketing and Midwest Operations, managing technical operations, development, training, and marketing activities at Omnicell’s Midwest Operations facility.
Prior to joining Omnicell, Luhr had a seventeen-year career at Baxter Healthcare, playing a variety of roles in finance, sales and marketing. From 1998 to 1999, she was vice president of marketing and development, leading a product management organization of 60 individuals responsible for product development, product engineering, domestic marketing, communications, sales support, customer operations, and international business development. From 1995 to 1998, Luhr served as director marketing, with responsibility for the marketing, communications, sales support, customer operations, and training functions. Luhr has a B.A. degree in economics from Northwestern University.
