(March 30, 2007)– CEO & Chairman Jim Walker of Octagon Research Solutions, Inc., a pioneer and leader in the electronic transformation of clinical R&D in the life sciences industry, today announced the appointment of Jim Adamek as Vice President of Commercial Software. In his new role, Mr. Adamek will provide strategy and leadership by building the software organization at Octagon while streamlining development, software support, and commercial software sales. Mr. Adamek will also oversee the entire ViewPoint® Implementation Services (VIS) department and report directly to Octagon’s President, Kirk Gallion.
