LONGMONT, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--nSpire Health, LLC, a leading provider of respiratory diagnostic devices and clinical trial services, today announced first half operating income growth of nearly $2M compared to the same period from 2009. Annualized sales of $27M are up 3% over the previous half year and the balance sheet is solid with cash up 219% from the same period last year and debt at less than $500K. Free cash flow is up over $1.5M when compared to the first half of 2009. Additionally the Company partnered with Montage Capital in March 2010 securing a $1.5M debt facility supporting working capital investment for new products.
