March 5 (Reuters) - Noven Pharmaceuticals Inc’s quarterly profit soared on higher license and contract revenue. For the fourth quarter, the company posted net income of $9.1 million, or 37 cents a share, compared with $1.0 million, or 4 cents a share, a year earlier.
