Bonney, Jan H. Egberts, M.D., William F. Hamilton, Ph.D., J. Jay Lobell, Charles Nemeroff, M.D., Ph.D. and Steven B. Ratoff were elected to serve until the 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of NovaDel Pharma Inc.
