NECN -- Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick this morning attended the grand opening of Tegra Medical. Tegra is a medical device firm that is opening an expanded facility in Franklin after the consolidation of two facilities previously located in Holliston, Massachusetts, and Cranton, Rhode Island.
