NeoStem has a worldwide exclusive license to VSEL Technology which uses very small embryonic-like stem cells, a heterogeneous population of stem cells found in adult bone marrow that have properties similar to those of embryonic stem cells. Panels will highlight advancements in research and clinical care, including:

- The latest research on suicide prevention and traumatic stress among military veterans
- Community outreach to address psychological health challenges faced by service members and their families
The event is intended to foster collaboration and expand public-private partnerships to advance military medical research. The program will include opportunities for discussion and networking among participants.
The USU-HJF Military Medicine Symposium will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2010, at the Omni Shoreham Hotel located at 2500 Calvert Street, NW in Washington, DC.
