HORSHAM, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Neose Technologies, Inc. (NasdaqGM:NTEC) today announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007. For the quarter ended September 30, 2007, the Company reported a net loss of $2.5 million, or $0.05 per basic and diluted share, compared to a net loss of $1.4 million, or $0.04 per basic and diluted share, for the third quarter in 2006. The Company’s net loss for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 included non-cash income of $7.8 million relating to a decrease in the fair value of the Company’s warrant liability. During the third quarter of 2006, the Company recognized a $7.3 million gain from the sale of the Company’s facility containing its former corporate headquarters and pilot manufacturing plant (“Witmer Road Facility”).
