SALT LAKE CITY, May 3, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Myriad Genetics, Inc. (Nasdaq:MYGN) today announced results for its third fiscal quarter and nine months ending March 31, 2011. Revenue for the third fiscal quarter was $102.4 million, an increase of 13 percent over the $90.8 million reported in the third fiscal quarter of 2010. Operating income was $41.8 million, an increase of 26 percent from the prior-year period.
