MOCON, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOCO) announced today that on November 21, 2013, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share, payable on February 21, 2014, to shareholders of record on February 7, 2014.
The Company has provided stockholders with quarterly dividends for the 102nd consecutive quarter. Prior to the present policy of quarterly dividends, the Company had been paying dividends on a semi-annual basis since 1984.
