(TSX VENTURE:MOM - News) today announced the transition of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role from Mr. Eric Johnstone to Ms. April Manness, who will become CFO on an interim basis, effective July 15, 2011. Miraculins receives a number of services, including the services of its CFO, through a management services agreement with Genesys Venture Inc. (GVI). Mr. Johnstone has resigned from GVI to pursue another opportunity and Miraculins has adopted a transition plan whereby the CFO role will continue to be provided through GVI resources. Ms. Manness has been an employee of GVI since 2000 and was previously the CFO of Miraculins from 2004 - 2007.
