SOD/gliadin Study Involving AIDS patients to be viewed by Over 20,000 Health Professionals from more than 150 Countries at the XVI International AIDS Society (IAS) Conference, the Worlds Largest Conference on HIV/AIDS, in Toronto Canada 2006. Millennium Biotechnologies, Inc., (OTCBB:MBTG - News), a research-based nutraceutical company and a pioneer in the emerging field of specialized enteral nutritional formulas, today announced that a clinical study investigating the effects of SOD/gliadin on antioxidant restoration in HIV/AIDS patients which was co-authored by Dr. Luc Montagnier, the co discoverer of the HIV virus, was accepted for presentation at the XVI International AIDS Society (IAS) Conference in Canada, 2006. The IAS is the world's largest professional society for clinicians, scientists, health care and public health workers engaged in HIV/AIDS prevention, control and treatment. The study demonstrated with statistical significance that SOD/gliadin was able to restore the already depressed levels of antioxidant enzymes as compared to control subjects.
