WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Merck (NYSE:MRK), known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share of the company’s common stock for the fourth quarter of 2014. Payment will be made on October 7, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2014.
