MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE: MDT) today announced it has completed its acquisition of ATS Medical, Inc. following payment of $4.00 per share in cash for each share of ATS Medical stock and assumption of net debt, with a total transaction value of approximately $370 million.
