MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 2006--The board of directors of Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE:MDT) today approved a cash dividend of $0.09625 per common share of the company’s stock. The dividend is payable April 28, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 7, 2006.
