MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE: MDT) today announced the appointment of D. Cameron Findlay as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary effective Aug. 24, 2009. In this role, Findlay will report to Medtronic Chairman and CEO, Bill Hawkins.
