WAUKESHA, Wis., Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- MedPro Imaging, a premier provider of economical ultrasound solutions, today announced the appointment of three new ultrasound sales professionals as the company continues its aggressive expansion. The company also announced the relocation of its headquarters to larger facilities due to substantial growth throughout 2008. Keith Rubenstein, who was appointed senior vice president of Sales and Marketing in February of this year, credits MedPro’s commitment to excellent service and economical ultrasound imaging solutions.
“MedPro’s robust expansion program began about eight months ago,” said Rubenstein. “We are already seven months ahead of schedule in terms of our projected growth. We attribute this to the right geographic coverage, extraordinary customer service and offering the right price at the right time.”
The Wisconsin-based company was founded by Charles Jahnke in 2005 and markets ultrasound products and services in 17 countries, globally. MedPro Imaging offers new and used options in ultrasound systems, transducers and parts. The Company is an authorized GE national distributor and also offers additional products which focus on other leading manufacturers of ultrasound systems. These include Siemens, Sonosite, ATL/Philips, Mindray, and other highly trusted brands. The Company also now is distributing MedStreaming PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications System) as part of its ultrasound image archiving solutions.
In support of the company’s most recent expansion, MedPro has announced the appointment of three highly skilled industry professionals. These include the appointment of Seattle-based Ryan Plasch as Western Zone Sales Director. Plasch, with ten years experience in the industry, served as a leading sales person for Philips and most recently was a “top performer” at ZONARE Medical Systems.
In addition, the company named Michael Holbrook as Central Zone Sales Director who will be responsible for sales in much of the Midwestern United States. Holbrook comes from Siemens Acuson where he spent eleven years as a Clinical Application Specialist and leading sales professional.
Also appointed was Anthony Harris as MedPro’s National Service Director. Harris comes from GE where he served in high level service positions. The company, according to Rubenstein, plans to announce an additional sales and service office in Ohio in first quarter, 2009.
“We see no end in sight,” Rubenstein said, “As the economy falters, even greater demand for factory remanufactured diagnostic ultrasound will occur. People are seeking more economical alternatives to buying new capital equipment, thereby saving thousands of dollars.”
The highly successful field and corporate management expansion has enabled MedPro Imaging, who last month installed its one-thousandth ultrasound system, to move into new corporate offices in Waukesha, Wisconsin, a Milwaukee suburb.
