MediWound Prices Initial Public Offering
YAVNE, Israel, March 20, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MediWound Ltd., a fully-integrated, biopharmaceutical company developing, manufacturing and commercializing innovative therapies to address unmet needs in severe burn and wound management, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on March 20, 2014 under the symbol “MDWD.” MediWound has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares at the initial public offering price.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Jefferies LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp. are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the offering. Oppenheimer & Co. is acting as co-manager.
