ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND, USA – January 24, 2006 – Sandra Garrett, PhD, President and CEO of Medifacts International, announces the appointment of Harris Koffer, PharmD, to serve as the Executive Vice President of the Corporation and as the President of its Cardiac Safety Services Division. Medifacts International, a global Clinical Research Organization (CRO), offers comprehensive clinical trial management and cardiac safety services that include ECG, Holter, and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). In addition to directing global operations, Dr. Koffer is responsible for expanding the Division’s service offerings to include technologies that enhance cardiac safety data.
