Austin-based Inova Labs Inc. has completed a $12 million round of financing. The medical device developer collected the capital from six investors, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Inova Labs, which launched in 2002, is an affiliate of International Biophysics Corp., a medical device and component manufacturer that’s also based in Austin. IBC is the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of Inova Labs’ LifeChoice Oxygen Concentrator, according to the company website.
