On September 6th, 2012, Meda announced an acquisition of pharmaceutical products
within Women’s Health from Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This acquisition has now been
completed. The purchase price was 95 MUSD. An experienced sales force of about
60 employees has also joined Meda.
