A San Francisco life-sciences company plans to relocate its North American headquarters to the Triangle and is deciding whether to settle in Raleigh, Durham or Cary. Arysta LifeScience, which has its global headquarters in Tokyo, will pick a new site by late August, spokeswoman Donna Uchida said Wednesday.The office will employ about 65 people, a dozen of whom will transfer from the San Francisco office. The rest will be hired locally.
