| NEW YORK, May 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Starting this week, 30,000 patients annually will experience Lenox Hill Hospital’s new amenity program developed to ensure each patient feels pampered throughout their hospital stay. The enhancements range from luxury amenity kits packed with coveted brands to upgraded room service and meal options by two-time Michelin star executive Chef Georges Masraff. The goal is to eventually extend the program to additional hospitals within Northwell Health, New York state’s largest healthcare provider.
Lenox Hill Hospital has made improving each patient’s stay and overall experience its priority. The patient experience team had a vision to go one step further in providing comfort and expanded wellness options to patients by partnering with Naturally Serious, the cleanly and ethically developed skincare line headlining the amenity kit with bath and body products developed exclusively for this program.
