Kolltan Pharmaceuticals, a privately held biopharmaceutical company, today announced the appointment of Carolyn F. Sidor, M.D., as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Sidor will report to Dr. Jerry McMahon, Kolltan’s President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Kolltan announced today the appointments of Paul Medeiros to the Company’s Board of Directors and Roy Herbst, M.D., Ph.D., and Thomas Mehrling, M.D., Ph.D., to the Company’s Scientific Advisory Board.
