SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kinetic Concepts, Inc. (NYSE: KCI) today reported third quarter 2011 total revenue of $531.4 million, an increase of 5% from the third quarter of 2010. Total revenue for the first nine months of 2011 was $1.55 billion, which represented a 4% increase from the prior-year period. Foreign currency exchange movements favorably impacted total revenue by 2% for both the third quarter and the first nine months of 2011 compared to the corresponding periods of the prior year.
