Talcum powder is marketed to keep you dry and comfortable, but Johnson & Johnson execs may need a spritz or two themselves after receiving a subpoena from Mississippi attorney general Jim Hood, who is investigating promotional practices of “talc-based body powders,” according to sources at the healthcare giant. A spokeswoman for the Mississippi AG confirms that a probe is under way. "We are concerned about potential problems with the use of talc as a feminine hygiene product,” she writes us.
