TOKYO, May 31 (Reuters) - Japanese high-tech glass maker Hoya Corp. will launch a tender offer worth 105 billion yen ($863.8 million) for Pentax Corp. early next month to make it a wholly owned subsidiary, Hoya said on Thursday.
