inVentiv Health Selected to Provide Sales Operations Support for Santarus Inc.

BURLINGTON, Mass., Nov. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- inVentiv Health, Inc., offering best-in-class clinical, commercial and consulting services to the healthcare industry, announced today that it has been selected by the specialty biopharmaceutical company Santarus, Inc. to provide sales operations support, as well as recruiting and sales force automation services, for the organization’s prescription products for Type 2 diabetes.

inVentiv Health will deliver the outsourced sales services through the company’s Selling Solutions business. It offers flexible staffing solutions to a wide range of clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic, long-term care, and pharmacy and managed care industries.
