He developed the M L L S to help secure the transfer of a chemotherapy drug from a vial to a syringe and back to a bag. The design eliminates the need to twist, thereby reducing wrist strain. It minimizes physical aches and pains, which lessens the risk of on-the-job injuries. Additionally, it saves time and effort, and does away with hassles and frustrations.
