WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 2006--Interleukin Genetics (AMEX: ILI - News) today reported results of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders and the appointment of a new member to the Company's Board of Directors. During its Annual Meeting, Stockholders of the Company ratified the election of Grant Thornton LLP as the Company's auditors. Additionally, Interleukin today announced that Dianne E. Bennett was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Interleukin and will serve on the audit, compensation and nominating committees of the Board of Directors. Ms. Bennett succeeds William J. Viveen, Jr., as a member of the Interleukin Board of Directors. Both Ms. Bennett and Mr. Viveen were elected by Interleukin's strategic corporate partner, Alticor Inc.
