InSite Vision Reports Completion of Oral Arguments in Patent Interference Litigation

ALAMEDA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InSite Vision Incorporated (OTCBB: INSV) today announced the completion of final oral arguments to a three-judge panel of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) related to patent interference litigation with the University of California, San Francisco. The Company continues to believe that the University’s case is without merit. The panel of judges will make their decision based on the oral arguments and previously filed written evidence in this case. The Company awaits a decision in this case.
