Mr. Fanning brings 20 years of healthcare experience to IST, including 11 years of medical device management experience. Prior to joining IST, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Abbott Spine and was a key member of the management team that was responsible for the growth and acquisition of Spinal Concepts by Abbott. Previously, Mr. Fanning held various management positions including Vice President of U.S. Sales for Sulzer Orthopedics. He has also held several positions at Baxter Healthcare and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Illinois State University.
