Moebius, M.D., Ph.D., as Senior Vice President of its central nervous system (CNS) business for Europe. In this position, Dr. Moebius will be responsible for the operations, strategic planning and corporate development of INC Research’s European CNS business and will have management oversight for all CNS and Pediatrics research staff and clinical trials taking place in Europe.
