Takeda has announced the appointment of Giles Platford as the firm’s new head of commercial operations for emerging markets. Formerly the company’s head of the Middle East, Turkey, Africa (META) region, Mr Platford will take up his new role from April 1st, reporting to chief operating officer Christophe Weber.
