A fast-expanding biotech company has announced yet more buyout plans.
Less than a fortnight after completing a £17million deal for a Danish firm, medical testing kit producers Immunodiagnostic Systems Limited (IDS), of Boldon Business Park, has revealed £12million plans to acquire Biocode Hycel S.A.
