GATINEAU, QC, Nov. 11 /CNW Telbec/ - ImaSight Corp. announced today that
it is temporarily shutting down its Liponex division to conserve capital in
the current economic turmoil. Previously announced efforts to license the
technology are continuing. In another cost cutting move, Brian Radburn will be
leaving as CFO. John Brooks, CEO, will assume the interim CFO duties and Jean
Caseault, President, will be promoted to President and co-CEO.
