CALGARY, Jan. 27 /CNW/ - IDC (Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd.) (TSX: IDL)
announced that Mr. Robin Winsor will resign as the Company's Chief Technical
Officer and as an Officer of the Company effective January 31, 2009. Mr.
Winsor will continue to assist the Company in an advisory role.
