BOTHELL, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Helix BioMedix, Inc. (OTCBB:HXBM), a developer of bioactive peptides, today announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007. Revenue for the second quarter was $141,000 as compared to $30,000 in the second quarter of 2006. The increase in revenue was primarily due to increased pass-through sales of peptides for use in the consumer market including $64,000 of sales to DermaVentures, a related party formed during the quarter.
